I have a customer number but it is not planed for connection. I've lost my password and after 3 requests they still haven't replied. Is there an other company to buy your products. Thanks. Regards. If you're not receiving the e-mails from simMarket with replacement passwords (check your spam folder!) then try submitting the reclaim form. Ian P.
domdom Posted July 9, 2015 Author Report Posted July 9, 2015 Hi Sorry if that form don't resquest a password it needs an old email address. Then my email hasn't changed, I have just lost my password and it is not possible to give same adress for old and new one. I have re-sent 2 tickets one with email link and one with ID client without result ie in my spanfolder domdom.
