Pete Dowson Posted November 9, 2015 Report Posted November 9, 2015 Since my recent update to P3D V3 I have problem with FSUIPC. Currently I have latest version FSUIPC 4948 and this does not fix my problem Can you actually DESCRIBE your "problem" please? I cannot guess. I need to know what the problem is before I can help, you see. Pete
ben972 Posted November 10, 2015 Author Report Posted November 10, 2015 Hello, I can not use axes in the settings FSUIPC My throttle lever does not set in idle position
Pete Dowson Posted November 10, 2015 Report Posted November 10, 2015 I can not use axes in the settings FSUIPC My throttle lever does not set in idle position According to your FSUIPC4 INI file you are not assigning any axes in FSUIPC. Therefore, because of the known fault in P3Dv3, you cannot actually calibrate in FSUIPC either. You CAN use previous calibrations, from P3Dv2 perhaps (just copy over your FSUIPC4.INI file), but until Lockheed-Martin release an update you might be better assigning everything in FSUIPC instead. This problem was described in one of the two important threads pinned to the top of the Forum. See where it says "IMPORTANT: FSUIPC calibration of axes in P3D version 3".
ben972 Posted November 11, 2015 Author Report Posted November 11, 2015 I tried to add a line on the recovered file P3D V2 shaft which comes from FSUIPC4.INI ficihier but that does not worked [JoystickCalibration] AllowSuppressForPFCquad=Yes ExcludeThrottleSet=Yes ExcludeMixtureSet=Yes ExcludePropPitchSet=Yes SepRevsJetsOnly=No ApplyHeloTrim=No UseAxisControlsForNRZ=No FlapsSetControl=0 FlapDetents=No ReverserControl=66292 Reverser1Control=66422 Reverser2Control=66425 Reverser3Control=66428 Reverser4Control=66431 MaxThrottleForReverser=256 AileronTrimControl=66731 RudderTrimControl=66732 CowlFlaps1Control=66162 CowlFlaps2Control=66163 CowlFlaps3Control=66164 CowlFlaps4Control=66165 SteeringTillerControl=0 MaxSteerSpeed=60 Aileron=-16380,-512,512,16380 Elevator=-16380,-512,512,16380 Rudder=-16380,-512,512,16380 Throttle=-16380,16380 Throttle1=-16193,-512,512,16192/32 Throttle2=-16193,-512,512,16192/32 I set the axis from P3D and the throttle lever works correctly now
Pete Dowson Posted November 11, 2015 Report Posted November 11, 2015 I tried to add a line on the recovered file P3D V2 shaft which comes from FSUIPC4.INI ficihier but that does not worked What "line"? Why not use the whole INI file from v2 in v3. Nothing should be different. You can even share INI files from FSX. I set the axis from P3D and the throttle lever works correctly now Well, surely obviously, if you had not previously assigned the throttle in either FSUIPC or P3D it couldn't possibly work! Nothing would be reading the axes! Pete
