Where to add line cmds in MakeRwys?

I installed MakeRwys in my FSX folder to help update airports modifications from AFX and it just works fine (another excelent program by Pete btw) but while reading MakeRwys ReadMe.txt I just can't find where and how do I add line commands to modify some entries.

The easiest way to do this would be to create a shortcut to MakeRwys.exe then in the shortcut properties | Shortcut Tab | Target field,  modify it so it includes the switches. ex

 

Target = "<path>" switch 1 switch 2 switch 3 etc... 

 

Then use the shortcut to run MakeRwys
