Hi Pete,

I currently have a registered version of FSCUIP and WideFS that I have been running in FS2004.  How much do I have to pay to upgrade to FSUIPC ver. 3.999z9 with WideFS 6.995?

My current FSUIPC and WideFS versions are as follows.

FSUIPS is ver. 3.98a

WideFS is ver. 6.78

I also want to purchase FSUIPC4 4.948 which I noticed also comes with WideFS 6.995.  Do I need to pay for WideFS 6.995 twice?

Thanks in advance for your help,

G

You NEVER pay again for FSUIPC3/WideFS6. In fact you are expected to keep it updated or it cannot be supported.

Again, you do not purchase "4.948", only FSUIPC4 (and WideFS7). You are expected to use the latest version, whatever that number might be.

FSUIPC4 works with WideFS7, not 6. It is the Server which is updated, and in FSX and later the server is incorporated into the FSUIPC4 module for efficiency. But you have to enable it with a purchased registration. 6.995 is actually the version of the Client (WideClient) which works with any version of WideServer and FS.
