Damo78 Posted December 10, 2015 Report Posted December 10, 2015 Hi all No doubt a simple answer for user fail. I installed FUSIPC yesterday and have allocated a number of toggle switches to it, using specific profile. This done via the buttons tab, flicking the actual switch allowing FSUIPC to recognise it. I allocated Toggle Nav Lights (in this case), selecting the same of button release. Now when I use this switch it toggles the nav light, and changes to an outside view! haha. So, somewhere the is a duplicate code. I went back into buttons tab and flicked the switch and it stated toggle nav light. I have not set an offset as I don't know what offsets are yet and need to read up. Can someone please point me in the right direction of trying to find out where I can disable the 'change view' function from this switch? P.s. the switch is on a diy light board plugged in via a leobodnar usb interface, nothing previously allocated to switch. No other switch on the diy hardware has view allocated to it. http://i1332.photobucket.com/albums/w613/Drama78/Cockpit/IMAG1593_zpsd3jiamv1.jpg Thank you in advance. Damo

Or at least de-assign the switch there. FSUIPC cannot stop FS using switches, buttons and axes. You have to make sure there aren't dual assignments with those you make in FSUIPC. Pete
Damo78 Posted December 10, 2015 Author Report Posted December 10, 2015 Hi Pete Firstly, thanks for the software, it's a great bit of kit and totally helped with my little hardware build. I didn't realise that FSX 'found' usb controllers and automatically allocated functions to them. I suppose this makes sense when one plugs in a yoke with hat switch, and it just works. Thanks for the prompt reply. I will eagerly await the end of work to get home and scroll through my view commands in FSX avidly deleting everything in my path. I haven't disabled controllers, yet.. I was worried about calibrating the cessna pro trim wheel I have. Will be tackling that tonight hopefully, as long as the missus and the 7 month old get to sleep at a sensible time. Best wishes Damo
