I've been trying to configure my new Saitek X55 and I've been running into quite a few issues. The biggest problem that I have is that FSUIPC randomly recognized the axis: at first it only registered the throttle movement, then it only registered the stick movement and after a while I finally managed to make it work somehow. Then just as I was about to take off both axis stopped working. The buttons and switches were still working but no throttle and stick movement. Now after restarting the sim, the stick works but the throttle doesn't. Any ideas how to fix this one or someone with similar issues??

Saitek devices are a real pain. Try uninstalling it completely using the Windows device manager, including any driver, then re-booting. If that doesn't help, check some of the entries in the FAQ subforum.
