Pepeluque Posted January 9, 2016 Report Posted January 9, 2016 MOVE TO SUPPORT FORUM FROM "FAQ" SUBFORUM Hello, I,ve been looking trough FAQ for a response to my problem, but I haven´t find a clear one . I received from SIm Market a pasword which doesn't work, after loggin in FS Command with my user name, email and type the password, everything changes on capital letters and a wrong message appeared in red. I opened a trouble tickect and they say, after two complaints, : " all three elements must be inserted exactly as issued into the registration window which you reach from the About menu, otherwise the key will not validate when you click on register in the top left corner of the registration window. We suggest you copy & paste all three elements to avoid typing errors. FURTHER HELP: If you need more help please contact the fscommander support forum:" Nevertheless, I thouhg it was a customer service problem from Sim market, I request for a new password or a solution, and this was their reponse: "Dear Customer,We are working with our customers for more than 20 years, most of the times the problems are customer related. Wrong key inputs, wrong email adress, spaces before and after the keys, etc etc.This product that you are complaining about, is on our store for several years and the problems with registration process are mostly like we explained to you in the previous reply.So, please proceed as indicated by Olaf, if you can register it for some reason, go to http://forum.simflight.com/forum/75-fs-commander-support-forum/ and check if there are some customers with same problem.The key generated when you bought the product can´t be changed.We hope you understand. So, I paid 40€ and they said that can´t solve my problem because is something to solve as a forum topic. In others words, how can I solve my problem, because I do the three simple steps to use FS commnad but it doesn´t work , someone, please, have any solution apart from demand my money back? You are in the wrong Forum altogether, -- and you posted in the FAQ reference subforum, so I moved it to the Support Forum so it can be answered! I cannot support other perople's programs! Pete
