P3D v3 not starting when FSUIPC v4.949f enabled

P3D v3 was running fine, but after installing FSUIPC v4.949f, the program won't even start - it just hangs on the splash image. I've tried uninstalling / reinstalling the various flavors of simconnect, and have found absolutely no combination that appears to work. Simply put, if I disable FSUIPC, P3D works splendidly - if I enable it, nada. Any help would be appreciated.

Is FSUIPC even loading? Check to see if it creates a new Log -- that's one of the first thing it does.

 

If there is a log, please show it to me. 

 

Did you install a P3D update at the same time or just before? What was the previous version of P3D?

 

What other programs are being loaded by your DLL.XML and EXE.XML files? Have you tried without any others? It could simply be a conflict.
