FSUIPC 3.999

I have fsuipc 3.999 for fs9 .How do you set up the visibility. At CYKF weather station  today there were no clouds but when the weather is loaded through AS6.5 or use the FS9 real weather it is all cloudy.

FSUIPC does not control weather. If you want weather controlled by FS or AS just leave all FSUIPC weather settings defaulted. They only act as filters, not controls.
