Well, to start with FSUIPC4 is for FSX and later, not FS9. For FS9 you need FSUIPC3!

However, looking at the Install log you seem to have FSX installed (as well?).

You also seem to have a P3D version 3 installed, at least according to the Registry:

... >>>  OK! FOUND Prepar3D v3!  <<< ...
     AppPath=D:\Program Files (x86)\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\

But then you got this:

INSTALLATION FOR Prepar3D v3:
SetupPath="D:\Program Files (x86)\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\"
Checking version of the Prepar3D v3 EXE:
Couldn't obtain Version Info! Asking user to find Prepar3D v3.EXE ...
User aborted attempt to find Prepar3D v3. Installation failed.

So what is going on there?

What is happening when you enter you three parts of the registration? Do you get it rejected? If so, then in all likelihood you are making an error. All three parts must be exactly right. Also check that your computer date is set correctly.
