New FSUIPC user - Install questions

Hello everyone,

I have downloaded FSUIPC v. 4.955c and purchased the Activation Key from the flight store.

Now I need to use FSUIPC with my FSX, in this configuration:

-FSX Deluxe Ed.

-Windows 7 Home Ed., 64 bit (dedicated PC only for FSX)

- Saitek: 2x radio panels, 1x Multi panel, 1x Switch panel, 1x Cessna Joke, 1x Trim Wheel, 1x TPM

Questions:

-Do I have to uninstall all Saitek drivers? If yes, before or after installing FSUIPC?

-Will FSUIPC provide all necessary drivers?

-What do I have to change in my FSX to make FSUIPC work with Saitek Panels?

Hi,

no need to uninstall anything!

Just run the FSUIPC4 installer and best copy and paste your registration info.

Hi,

FSUIPC is not a replacement for any existing driver like the Saitek one, but it is a tool.

If you want to remove your Saitek driver you will need to program something similar e.g. with Lua (integrated in FSUIPC) to control your Saitek stuff.
