Thomas Richter Posted October 5, 2016 Report Posted October 5, 2016 Hi, please check the Installing and Registering FSUIPC4.pdf file that comes with the Installer ZIP, on page 5. Also make sure you enter precise the registration info, best practice is always to copy and paste the information instead of reading and type, to avoid typing error. Thomas

In my history I show two orders that are closed. The one that was paid for is #1533121. I will pay closer attention to the .pdf and copy/paste the info. Thanks, Chris

capitanchris Posted October 10, 2016 Author Report Posted October 10, 2016 Well I think I discovered what the problem was. I have two completed orders for the same item (FSUIPC4). Used the second key number and it worked fine so all is good. Do not know what the other key number is for? Now I need to learn how to "properly" use the program. This will take some time and study. Just a old CFI-I not a computer Guru. Thanks for the support, much appreciated. Chris
