FSUIPC & Air Traffic Manager

FSUIPC can auto start/stop Air Traffic Manager ?  If so please tell me how it's done.

Just use an entry in the [Programs] section of the INI file. See the section entitled

Programs: facilities to load and run additional programs

on page 38 in the Advanced Users guide (it is also listed in the Contents).
