FSUIPC do not send data to externall program

1. I am install Win XP with format ma disk NTFS file system
2. Install driver for graphic card
3. Install FS9
4. Install mainboard drivers
5. Install newest FSUIPC and manually enter my key
6. Run FS9 and run my program with external gauges - FSUIPC do not sending data to my external program ( I try too Enricos demo
 program with the same result)

I must say that on this PC with the same hardware and software many yers working all together properly and few weeks ago
FSUIPC is in this state. Firewall is now set off. I am using FSUIPC many years on many computers and to this date all things working O.K. Strange is
that this error I now have on about half PCs in my home. I am new tryiing install on five computers with same result. To the file
FSUIPC.log FSUIPC write data probably correctly.

Any idea, where I make now error ? I still think that erro is on my side, but I do not where ?

Hi,

the very first thing to do is to set your PC date correct, FSUIPC shouldn't work because the release date is 13 years later than the actual PC date!

7187 System time = 08/01/2003 01:09:51

In addition, FSUIPC doesn't send data to any program but it provides data in a memory area other programs can read or write to.
