FSUIPC stopped playing nicely

Reinstalled FSX on Windows 10 along with a registered version of FSUIPC. All was working well until I installed OpusFSX. From that point on I would get a warning that FS has detected a problem with a third-party software (FSUIPC4.dll). If I run FSX without FSUIPC it will run. If I enable FSUIPC FSX invariably crashes.

Any ideas ?

Update : After reinstalling FSUIPC and trying a couple of FSX starts everything is back to normal.!?

I wonder what happened ?
