Lost of Controls with Win10

Hi,

might be interesting respectively important.

it seems that Windows 10 introduced an error I have never seen before, I don't remember this also not with Windows 10 before.

Windows 10 Pro 64, Version 1607, Build 14393.969

If you have the Task Manager window open and active then Controllers freeze! As soon you de-activate it, select some other App or even the desktop then Controllers work normal again.

I didn't see that effect happen with any other app but might be as well.

That is only true for P3Dv3 - HF4 !  FSX/ FSX-SE works OK. So more a problem of P3D than Windows maybe !?
