Hello

I have a big issue with flying various AC on FSX , all flight control settings are made through FSUIPC , however without any reason or movement the AC gets out of control and looks like a freak control input which is very hard to control , I have tried all possibilities but so far no luck?

That sounds like conflicting assignmens. Go into the FSX settings, control assignments and DISABLE controllers.
