FSX won't load past splash screen

I am unable to load FSX after install fo FSUIPC. It is the steam version I'm running. It loads the splash screen and then nothing happens. Below is a copy of the install log. Any ideas? It seems FSX.CFG is difficult to find. I would love any help!

4.60 is a very old version of FSUIPC.
