FSUIPC 5 & Worldwide Virtual ACARS

Just installed P3D V4 & Fuipc 5, but when I load the sim , the ACARS is connecting to the sim, the connection button is not lighting up.

Has anyone got anything they can suggest.

Can you please confirm that you are using the currently supported version, 5.121b?

This ACARS program. Is it an FSUIPC Client, or does it use SimConnect? I'm confused by your statement that "ACARS is connecting to the sim" which contradicts the last part somewhat.

Hi Peter,

I believe it uses FSUIPC Client, it worked in V3.4 using FSUIPC 4, I have looked on the WV Forums and generally they seem to think it uses FSUIPC.DLL.

Could you shed some light how how I can check I have the Simconnect for P3D V4 installed.

As I asked before: Can you please confirm that you are using the currently supported version, 5.121b?

There's no point in proceeding till you do this.
