Install Key Not Valid Message

I tried to reinstall FSUIPC4 multiple times and it does install in P3D v3. However, when I try to register it I get a message saying that my "12-digit key code is not valid"??

 

Yes, I am entering the code properly (copy and paste method). The purchase was made at Simmarket, Order # 1237349. I can supply the rejected key code as necessary. Can you help?

Hi,

make sure you enter the full details exactly as purchase confirmation, Name / Email / Key.

Name or Email can not be different from your purchase!

Also check the date of your PC is correct.

Please don't show your key in public!
