How can I assign Fsuipc to the roll and Alt.air commands of the Aero Commander Carenado model?

I have FSUIPC version = 4.2.21.24048 and P3D v.4.2

Sorry, I don't know what those are. Do you know their function in the aircraft? How are you seupposed to operate them? If there a keyboard shortcut?

That is not an FSUIPC version, but the full version number of your P3D.
