I bought FSUIPC4 together with WIDEFS7 back in 2013.

I was using FSX back then but recently changed to P3Dv4.

When i tried to register FSUIPC5 , i states that the key aint right.

Does this mean i need to buy a new one ?

Yes. FSUIPC5 is not FSUIPC4. They are different products. FSUIPC5 is 64-bit and matched exactly to P3D4.

Your WideFS7 key will still work, however. There was little change needed for that to make it work with P3D4 and the WideClient end of the connection is identical.

Hi Pete ,

in the meantime I bought a new key for the v5 of fsuipc.

The program registers with no problem. But  the old widefs regkey i got wont .

The problem is the fact that i changed my mail server and now it wont let me register it .

Is there a way around this ?

The Installer accepts different emails (and even names) for WideFS and FSUIPC. You are making a mistake somewhere. You need to enter all three parts exactly as they were for your WdeFS registration.
