FSUIPC 5.151

P3D v4.4.16.27077

Win10 64bit

Warthog HOTAS

Saitek Pro Combat pedals

When I launch p3d, and load into a plane (ex. Commander 114), the throttles, props, etc levers work as expected.  If I go into fsuipc5 to set a button, then upon exit of fsuipc and returning to the sim, the rudder pedals set to full-right, the throttle goes to 100%, and then no longer responds to the HOTAS input.  The rudder pedals require me to fully cycle the Saitek Pro Combat pedals to get the sim to recognize they should be centered, but the throttle will not recover to operation, despite what I do; I have to restart the sim to gain control of the throttle in sim, using the hotas.

This worked fine a few days ago, but now no longer works.

Around the exact same time, my TrackIR no longer functions in P3D, even though it shows fully connected and recognizes the hat clip  and sim.

Sounds like you had some sort of system change then. FSUIPC has nothing to do with TrackIR.

Nothing amiss in the files you attached. The odd values seen from your devices in P3D either indicate a conflict (P3D and FSUIPC both reading the devices), or a dogy USB connection or Hub. (In fact, could the Track IR problem be USB connection related too?

Odd that if I load up P3D, throttle/prop/mix quad works fine.  If I open fsuipc, make no changes, then close it, throttle goes full open, and can no longer be controlled via the quadrant.  Controllers are turned off in P3D

HOTAS control and TrackIR functionality are fine in other sims, such as DCS.   I know the TrackIR issue is not FSUIPC-related.

FSUIPC will be rescanning controllers on entry/exit to options.

You really need to work out what changed, because you said is was okay.  Since neither FSUIPC nor P3D will change by themselves, something else changed.
