yanick Posted October 21, 2019 Report Posted October 21, 2019 (edited) *** Moved from User Contributions to Support Forum - please post support requests here *** Hello I need your expertise to arrive at a problem that I have always encountered. I use FS9 (and yes it still exists) with FSUIPC 3.999 registered version and the weather software FS global real weather. Here is my problem; I am on an airport and visibility with a visibility of 8 nm. On the ground, the sky is gray. After take-off and at an altitude of 2500 feet, the sky suddenly shifts from gray to blue regardless of the cloud cover and the ceiling. Ditto on an approach where the visibility announced on the airport is 8 nm, around 5000 feet the sky is blue but the horizon is in a veil, suddenly around 2000 feet the sky changes from blue to gray. In summary, it is as if from a certain altitude, a veil appears or disappears so that the sky suddenly switches from one color to another In FSUIPC, whatever the settings or values that I mention I can not make a smoothing of this blue veil to gray or reverse - in the miscellaneous tab i have enabled and disable allow changes to fs own weather as well as prevent external option control -in the visibility tab, no improvement - whatever the values put in smooth visibility changes - activation or deactivation of smooth only when airborne - whatever the values mentioned in set graduated visibility - activation or deactivation of override upper altitude by thank you friendly Edited October 21, 2019 by John Dowson Moved to support forum
John Dowson Posted October 21, 2019 Report Posted October 21, 2019 I already moved this for you! I have also removed your duplicate post, and the comment you added which just repeated your problem. This seems related to 'FS Global Weather' and not FSUIPC - have you tried their support? John
