Invalid password..please help

Hello- When I put the correct 12 number and letter license key into the boxes for FSUIPC, I keep getting a message that says the key is not valid or not the correct 12-character key. Please help. Thank you, Ryan S Rose

Copy and paste. Not only the 12-character key, but also the name and email. All three parts MUST be exactly correct!
