No. You'd need a program to do that.  Look to see if the program you are using to convert it into a command has such an option.

I Control my plane via the program by keyboard shortcuts (fsuipc "NpC - Numpad Control for FSX")
exemple:
if I say "allumer le pilote automatique" (turn on the autopilot) the program presses the Z key on the keyboard.
