FS2004 FSUIPC won't load

Have re-downloaded from Simmarket, FSUIPC for FS2004 / Windows 7 and successfully registered.

Version 3.999z9b

FS9 version 9.1

Installer log shows :

installer for FSUIPC.DLL version 3.999z9b

Looking in registry for FS9.1 install path:
     HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator\9.1
     Parameter"EXE Path"
Not there, so looking in:
     HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator\9.1
     Parameter"EXE Path"
... NOT found! ...
Looking in registry for FS9 install path:
     HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator\9.0
     Parameter"EXE Path"
... >>>  OK! FOUND FS9!  <<< ...

INSTALLATION FOR FS9:

Checking if there's already a version of FSUIPC installed in:

... No previous valid version found.
Okay -- installed FSUIPC into "C:\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Modules\FSUIPC.DLL"
"Modules\FSUIPC Documents" folder created okay!
Now installing additional files into the "Modules\FSUIPC Documents" folder:

   Installed "SIMSAMURAI+FSUIPC+TUTORIAL.pdf" okay
   Installed "FSUIPC for Programmers.pdf" okay

Installed latest driver for Graphics card - NVIDEA GeForce 9600GT

Re-booted PC and re-started FS9

Click on modules tab on FS screen and it shows - unregistered version placard- and can go no further. No FSUIPC.ini found anywhere.

After several hours trying different things I would be pleased if anyone can help.

when you say you have FS9.1 installed but the install log shows

A 9.1 version was not found in the registry. Make sur the FS9.1 update was correct installed based on a 9.0 version and as well with the same privilegs.

The FSUIPC.ini and FSUIPC.log files are locate in the ..\Modules\ folder but you might have in explorer settings activated to hide known file extensions?
