Activation code gives error

Please I can't activate FSUIPC on my FSX SP2 I had to install it again I bought SimMarket when entering the code goes wrong

The name, email address and key must be entered exactly as shown in your SimMarket registration email - best to copy and paste. If you still get issues, PM me your details and I'll check them for you (don't post them publicly).
