Is there an offset that allows to know the distance (from the beginning of the runway) of the touchdown?

No, because the runway is simply a scenery object, part of the definition of the airport layount. You'd need to find the runway in a database so you can get it's coordinates and do the calculations.

If the runway has a VOR\Localiser near the touchdown then you could use its coordinates instead. You would need it turned in on NAV1 or NAV2. See offsets 0874, 0878 or 084C, 0850.
