fermion Posted April 18, 2020 Report Posted April 18, 2020 Hello, I need some help with troubleshooting a registration issue. I have been using P3D v4.5 with FSUIPC5 without issues. Yesterday,I installed P3D v5.0 and this morning purchased and installed FSUIPC6. I received the registration information (Name, Email, and Key) from the retailer, however after I enter this information and launch the P3D v4.5 or v5.0, the FSUIPC interface shows that the installed copy is unregistered. Attached the interface snapshot below. Thanks so much for your help.
John Dowson Posted April 18, 2020 Report Posted April 18, 2020 There are now many posts on the same topic, and the answer is still the same: did you click the Register button in the registration dialog of the installer? If so, what did the pop-up say? Did you check the installation and registration guide? Btw, there is a newer version, 6.0.3, containing a fix for the auto-save feature in dual installations. Better to upgrade even if you don't use this feature.
