PHII33 Posted July 6, 2020 Report Posted July 6, 2020 Hello, I have both 4.5 HF2 and a fresh install of V5 on my PC. Been using FSUIPC paid version 6.0.5 for both and I like how it works between sims. However, today I just installed the A2A 182, Bonanza, Comanche, and Cherokee and I'm having problems with all four aircraft with my Yoko yoke switch I use. In 4.5 the gear and flaps (F5, F6,) etc work fine, but not in V5. In V5 the flaps for example go from full up to 20 degrees then full down in these planes, missing the 10 degree setting. In4.5 it's ok. The gear does the same, keyboard works, and 4.5 the yoke button is fine. Will Version 6.0.9 fix this issue or is this an A2A issue? Many thanks, love FSUIPC, wouldn't sim without it.

Assuming you have your assignments for these in FSUIPC, then the only part FSUIPC plays is sending the assigned control on to P3D. If you aren't assigning in FSUIPC then it is playing no part whatsoever in this. So, no, FSUIPC can't help. But of course you should update to the latest version in any case as we can only support current versions. From what you describe I would guess that you have conflicting controls. If using FSUIPC for assignments make sure you have controllers disabled in P3D -- not just un-assigned, you need to actually disable controllers. Otherwise it definitely sounds like the A2A aircraft you installed are not fully compatible with P3D5. Pete

Since this was a brand new install I had neglected to remove P3D's assignments from the sim. It works fine and I now have the latest version.
