SoloTwo Posted November 8, 2020 Report Posted November 8, 2020 Sorry for the title, couldn't think of how to word it. Anyway, since the mixture is kind of bugged in MSFS with the 152 90% mixture gives optimal power below 3000msl. I was hoping with FSUIPC I could make it so 100% on my Saitek throttle axis would = 90% mixture in-game. I've looked around but I'm not sure if its possible. Right now I just use some blue sticky tack to stop the mixture, not very elegant. Regardless FSUIPC7 worked great getting all my Honeycomb yoke switches bound, works a bit smoother than when I was using LINDA with the beta. I do have some issues with the magnetos switch having a mind of its own and trying to switch back to the right magneto when I switch it off. Also, I noticed there are some control settings for certain lights on, and off, and some lights only have a toggle available. Separate on and off seem to work a bit better as the toggle can sometimes get out of sync.

Then find the settings file (FSUIPC7.INI in your FSUIPC7 installation folder), and edit the calibration values. Find the [JoystickCalibration] section. in there you'll see the calibration values, in this form: <axis name>=-16128,-2304,-256,15615 These values are those which you set in the Axis Calibration facility in the FSUIPC Options. The last value (15615 here) represents what your joystick axis achieves at max. Just increase that to a number which gives you the results you want. You can edit it whilst FSUIPC is still running. Afterwards press the "Reload" option in the calibration screen so that the change is recognised. Then you can check the change immediately. Pete
