Extending Throttle Movement Range at Top End

I am currently flying the Working Title CJ4 mode, however on my Saitek Throttle the amounf of movement it takes to go from TO > CLB > Cruise is about 1cm. Is it possible using FSUIPC to extend these ranges so i have furtehr distance to travel before hitting the next "indent"?

I don't know the Working Title CJ4, but it should be possible to configure your throttles with the movements and any sync positions that you would like.
Please see the User Guide, sections THE EASY STEP-by-STEP WAY TO CALIBRATE YOUR CONTROLS and CALIBRATING MULTIPLE THROTTLE, PROP & MIXTURE AXES TO "LINE UP".

If you are unsure and do not yet have a license for FSUIPC7 to test this, I can provide you with a time-limited one to test. Let me know.

Current time-limited license attached, although its only valid until 01/02/2021. Drop it into your installation folder - no need to re-install or register.
