A320 Throttle Detent Setup

Hey! What is the procedure to get my Throttletek A320 Throttle to line up with the correct detents in the A320? My throttle in sim is pushed forward about 10% while my throttle in real life is at the cut off point “0.” I paid for the FCUIPC7. Any help is greatly appreciated as I am new to FSUIPC.

How are you assigning? Have you calibrated properly?
