Is FSUIPC 7 Backwards Compatible?

I run FSX-SE, P3d v4.5 and now MSFS 2020. I have a FSUIPC 5 Key and a FSUIPC 7 KEY. Currently I have full FSUIPC functionality in P3D and 2020. However, in FSX SE there is no FSUIPC selection in the add on drop down. Will the paid version of FSUIPC 5 operate in FSX SE and if so can you tell me how to install it in FSXSE.

No, FSUIPC5 is a 64-bit DLL and therefore only suitable for 64-bit sims (i.e P3D4 and P3D5). FSUIPC4 was the one originally released in 2005 and aimed at FSX and, later, FSX-SE. Go check on SimMarket.
