Reactivation of FSUIPC4

I have just attempted to reinstall my registered edition of FSUIPC4 for use with FSX, using the original activation code provided, FSUIPC4 Key: Xxxxxxxxxxxx and originally purchased on 15 January 2014 via SimMarket under their order no  1098260.

Unfortunately, I repeatedly keep getting the error message stating: 'Sorry, this Key is not a valid 12-character Key'

I realise that the original registration used my former email address, bob@besinswindon.co.uk but which is now defunct. However, even entering this old address caused reactivation to fail once again.

I have referred to matter to your agents SimMarket but have not been notified of any effective resolution for the issue.

All three components - Name, Email/Address, Key - must be exactly as specified in your SimMarket purchase email - best to copy and paste. if your details previously worked, they still will, so please try again.
