Deactivate license key for FSUIPC5

Hi Support team,

Can you please deactivate my license key for the FSUIPC5? I have bought it on simmarket 2020-03-21, order number 2218179. Please let me know if any additional details required from my side. Currently it says that  key is not valid:

I don't have opportunity to deinstall FSUIPC5 via correctly when Windows totally crashed

There's no "deactivation" process. The key will remain valid. All you need to do is make sure you enter the exactly correct Name and Email, as well as the key. You are making a mistake. Use cut and paste.

Many thanks Peter! I have used my zipcode instead of email. Now it works, thanks again!
