I have bought it on simmarket 2020-03-21, order number 2218179. Please let me know if any additional details required from my side. Currently it says that key is not valid: There's no "deactivation" process. The key will remain valid. All you need to do is make sure you enter the exactly correct Name and Email, as well as the key. You are making a mistake. Use cut and paste.
