Offset 0B46 seems not to work any longer with update 5 of MSFS 2020

For all aircraft or for a specific a/c? Please let me know which a/c you have tried and I will take a look.
The TRANSPONDER STATE simvar is documented as working in the MSFS documentation.

It's the A32NX FBW. I couldn't find an event or LVAR either. Previous version( I don't know if it's MSFS or the FBW Dev version) was working.

Can you try the following hvars - try them using the Add-ons->WASM->Execute Calculator code functionality first, and if they work you can add them by creating a hvar file (or adding to an existing one) for that aircraft:
