FSUIPC7 Error Message "0x0000022"

I have installed FSUIPC7 and then ran the program which opened MSFS and then came up with the error 0x0000022 which could be deleted so MSFS could continue loading. Any suggestions?

Do you mean 0xc0000022? If so, please see  

Try installing (or uninstalling then re-installing) the VC++ redistibutables, as explained on the provided README.txt:

2. If you receive a pop-up System Error from MSFS when auto-starting FSUIPC7, also please also try the steps outlined in 1. above.
   You can also try starting FSUIPC7.exe manually to see if any errors are given.
