Hi,

[Win10 + MSFS + FSUIPC registered 7.2.10] + Azerty keyboard

I have an incomprehensible problem:
I cannot launch a Lua script with a keypress on my keyboard.
So I tried to map a simple key (CTRL+1) to a standard MSFS controls: "Avionic Master".

With the MSFS window active, nothing happens when I hit CTRL+1. (AZERTY keyboard)

However, in the FSUIPC7.ini file, I have the lines:

[Keys]
5 = 49,10,66701,0 - {ctl + 1: Press = AVIONICS_MASTER_SET} -

Of course, this key combination is not used in MSFS (verified).

In the FSUIPC log, I have the events :
"Keydown received ..."
and the message :
"KeyDown received from FS but not programmed"

what's wrong ?

The same programming works perfectly with a friend of mine.

Could you please activate logging for Buttons & Keys and Events, and produce a short log file where you load an aircraft, press your keys, then exit, and show me (i.e. attach) your FSUIPC7.log and FSUIPC7.ini files.

A big thank for this very quick response (<4 mm) ...  😃

I just tried it out:

Incredible, but it works perfectly today !
Since yesterday, I just updated MSFS.
I don't understand why it wasn't working, and I'm sorry I asked you for nothing.
Maybe you can delete this post which is no longer of interest to other simmers?

Best regards from France (not very far from Mont-Blanc).

No problem. Glad its now working, but rather strange that the problem just solved itself!
May have been the update, or maybe just a reboot was required, which sometimes can help.

Regards,

John
