Hi there,

I have purchased the full program today and the key is not valid (as per a message that pops up).  I've entered my info and the key exactly as it is shown in my order confirmation email.  Can you advise please?

Have you followed the instructions in the Installation and Registration guide, under Invalid Key Problems?

If not, please do that.

If you still have issues after that, try manually creating your key file - see 

 

If that doesn't work, please let me know your order number and I will check it here.

Also, before posting, can you please:
    1. First check the documentation
    2. Search the forum for similar issues - most questions have been asked before
