Presets PMDG 737-700 MSFS FSUIPC v7.3.7 does'nt work

Ok guys i'm done for me the FSUIPC keyboards assign does not work, i want assign the command "F9" to start the clock but does not work. here is a little video of the issue.

Please show me your FSUIPC7.ini and FSUIPC7.log files, the latter with logging for Buttons & Keys as well as Events activated.

P.S. No point in posting videos without showing your log and ini files, especially when the videos you post require specific access permissions that are not available without a request...
