tango3000 Posted September 22, 2022 Report Posted September 22, 2022 Hello Pete, I have been using your great product since more 20 years and first time I have an unsolve issue The throttles work fine when checking with windows Control Pannel / Game Controlers But in the FSUIPC logs: Extract from logs: MSFS 2020 / Windows 10 FSUIPC ********* FSUIPC7, Version 7.3.8 (28th August 2022) by John Dowson ********* Exception 1 "ERROR", Ref 14015, Index param 2 on TransmitClientEvent, object=1, id=66420 (AXIS_THROTTLE1_SET), data=-16186 Exception 1 "ERROR", Ref 14045, Index param 2 on TransmitClientEvent, object=1, id=66423 (AXIS_THROTTLE2_SET), data=-16181 First time I have those problems. Is it related to SU10 not sure The throttle are not moving in MSFS 2020 Any idea ?
John Dowson Posted September 22, 2022 Report Posted September 22, 2022 Can you please try the latest beta, just released, which has been updated for SU10, available from Install FSUIPC7-7.3.9f. If you still get issues, please attach your FSUIPC7.log and FSUIPC7.ini files. There may be issues still with the *_EX1 controls which I am going to check now. However, your log extract mentions the standard controls, not the *_EX1 ones, which is strange... Thanks, John
tango3000 Posted September 22, 2022 Author Report Posted September 22, 2022 Thank you John for your quick response, I will try tonight and send you more info if the problem is not solved...
John Dowson Posted September 22, 2022 Report Posted September 22, 2022 Ok. There are still issues, so it may not solve your issue. However, I have tested with the Axis Throttle<n> Set controls and they seem to be ok here, but please let me know. John
tango3000 Posted September 22, 2022 Author Report Posted September 22, 2022 Hello John, Same problem with this last version. I will send the log in the next message FSUIPC7.ini
tango3000 Posted September 22, 2022 Author Report Posted September 22, 2022 Here is an extract of logs because of size limit FSUIPC7 log.7z
tango3000 Posted September 22, 2022 Author Report Posted September 22, 2022 Tested with 2 aircrafts (CS 777 and standard A320 Neo)
John Dowson Posted September 22, 2022 Report Posted September 22, 2022 I'll check in the A320 tomorrow (and please use that for any future logs ). The log file is strange though as there should be no events sent until everything has been started...
tango3000 Posted September 22, 2022 Author Report Posted September 22, 2022 OK, thank you. I use the console of FSUICPC and messages are seen during the start of the flight. Ask me if you need any more information. Good night
John Dowson Posted September 22, 2022 Report Posted September 22, 2022 There is another thread for this issue - please switch to this thread for future updates on this: John
