AtropiN Posted November 18, 2022 Report Posted November 18, 2022 Hi! I connected a servo to cabin climb gauge trough FSUIPC using offset 6560: 6560 4 FLT32 AIR_CabinVSNeedle Value - ft/min It works fine but during taxiing on ground it goes crazy all 5-20 seconds and goes down to -3000 ft/min and than back to 0. 12333922 7256 Monitor IPC:6560 (FLT32) = 0.0010 12334391 7256 Monitor IPC:6560 (FLT32) = -0.0102 12336688 7256 Monitor IPC:6560 (FLT32) = -2891.6968 12336984 7256 Monitor IPC:6560 (FLT32) = -2891.6965 12337141 7256 Monitor IPC:6560 (FLT32) = -0.0102 Did i miss something ? Kind Regards Ilja Smolnikov
John Dowson Posted November 18, 2022 Report Posted November 18, 2022 The PMDG offsets are just populated directly from the data received from the PMDG SDK. If there are any questions or issues with this data, you need to ask about this (i.e. SDK variable AIR_CabinVSNeedle) on the PMDG support forums. Sorry I can't be of more help, John
AtropiN Posted November 18, 2022 Author Report Posted November 18, 2022 (edited) Thank you, thats what i thought but i got this reply from PMDG 🤪: Quote As this is an FSUIPC offset and not our own I would suggest to check with FSUIPC creator about that. I will try and add 0x0366 to my script (if its working in with MSFS) to supress any needle movement on the ground Edited November 18, 2022 by AtropiN

That is probably because you asked about an FSUIPC offset - you should just ask about the SDK variable. As I said, FSUIPC just populates the offset with the value received. 52 minutes ago, AtropiN said: I will try and add 0x0366 to my script (if its working in with MSFS) to supress any needle movement on the ground That is also an option! Cheers, John
AtropiN Posted November 18, 2022 Author Report Posted November 18, 2022 Thank you John, i will contact them again about SDK variable and meanwhile use 0x0366 👍
