How do I register FSUIPC 3.999 for FS2004?

I never registered FSUIPC for FS9 due to financial insecurity, (or if I did, I lost the key, and couldn't find anything in my email archive), but now I have the means to, but I checked SimMarket, but there is no option for FSUIPC 3.999. How do I register it, then?

FSUIPC3 is now free - you can find a registration code on www.fsuipc.com. Here are the details:

The version FSUIPC below is also compatible with the Microsoft Flight Simulator 9.1 UPDATE which was made available on October 9th 2004.

Note that FSUIPC3 and WideFS6 are no longer supported. But a free Registration is provided:
