FSUIP7 MSFS 7.3.15 to 7.3.16

Hi!
I have FSUIP7 for MSFS 7.3.15 installed.
I updated it by replacing FSUIPC7.exe (7.3.16b) from here.
Do I need to reinstall FSUIP7 to upgrade to the new version 7.3.16 or not?
And in case of a new installation - will my button and axis settings remain the same?
