If you have FSUIPC7 installed, then all documentation will be in an FSUIPC7 folder in your windows Documents folder. Offsets are documented in the FSUIPC7 Offsets Status document, and a separate document is available for specific PMDG offsets called Offset Mapping for PMDG 737-700.
