pmdg 737 fuel cutoff levers are not recoginzed after different software installation(different company product for msfs2020 b737)

 John,

downloaded another program for EFIS CONTROL PANEL (different company product) after that, 737 fuel cutoff lever is not working.

so , i uninstalled the FSUIPC7 program, and installed again.

But still fuel cutoff lever is not recognized on BUTTON AND SW Assignmens.

i moved fuel cutoff lever several times, but FSUIPC7 BUTTON AND SW Assignmens does respond. so i can't use the fuel cutoff lever on msfs2020.

How can i fix this problem.

For your informaiton, FSUIPC7 Message is

"Welcome to FSUIPC
1944 Lvars loaded, 0 hvars loaded, 10888 presets available"

please let me know.

What device is this lever/button/switch attached to? Are any buttons/switches/axes on this device recognised?

As I have already said (when you asked this question in another post), please attach your FSUIPC7.log and FSUIPC7.ini files.

Why? If installing the Efis Control panel software caused this issue, why not try uninstalling that first to see if that solves the issue....

john,

i tested FSUIPC7 today again and other buttons are recognized very well such as light test button.

only 737 fuel cutoff lever is not recoginzed.

when i first installed FSUIPC7 program and connected the 737 fuel cutoff lever, 737 fuel cutoff lever is recognized very well.

but now it doesn't.

And EFIS CONTROL PANEL (different company product) problem has been solved and i think it doesn't affect FSUIPC7  737 fuel cutoff lever.

HOW CAN I ATTACH THE FSUIPC7.log and FSUIPC7.ini files.

I don't know. please explain.

By dragging them and dropping them to the bottom of the field where you enter comments, where it says 'Drag files here to attach...' or use the choose files link in the same place.....

But if you are moving the lever and it is not recognised, then I doubt there is much I can do. Is it recognised by MSFS?

where is the  FSUIPC7.log and FSUIPC7.ini files? where is the  files link in the same place?

If the below is the log, please see.

And it is not recoginzed by  MSFS. BUT when i first connected, it was working without problem.

In your FSUIPC7 installation folder.

If the below is the log, please see.

That is a partial log, pasted from the console window, and shows that FSYUPC recognised 4 devices:
    Logitech Extreme 3D
    T-Rudder
    Bravo Throttle Quadrant
    TCA YOKE BOEING
Which device are you using for the fuel cut-off lever?

This  does sound like the lever isn't working. Can you see it in the windows game controller config?

There are 5 FSUIPC7 logs in the FSUIPC7 folder. which one do i have to send you?

1. FSUIPC7.1.log

2. FSUIPC7.log

3. FSUIPC7_prev.log

4. InstallFSUIPC7.log

5. UninstallFSUIPC7.log

Logitech Extreme 3D,  T-Rudder,   Bravo Throttle Quadrant are TCA YOKE BOEING are not for the  fuel cut-off lever.

I bought the fuel cut-off lever product from https://www.etsy.com/ web site.

the fuel cut-off lever is not being shown from fsms2020 controls option. but  Logitech Extreme 3D,  T-Rudder,   Bravo Throttle Quadrant and TCA YOKE BOEING are being shown in fsms2020 controls option.

Always post FSUIPC7.log files. FSUIPC7_prev.log is the log file from the previous run, ie. when you start FSUIPC7, if there is already a log file this is renamed to FSUIPC7_prev.log and a new FSUIPC7.log file is created/started for the current run. Log files with additional numbers (e.g. FSUIPC7.1.log) are continuation log files, and are there because you have started a new log by selecting the File -> New Log menu entry. Do not use that when generating log files for support issues as I always need to see full/complete log files.

Ok, so it is a separate device, and this is no longer recognised. No point sending the log file at the moment then, but I need to see your FSUIPC7.ini and FSUIPC7.JoyScan.csv files.

i can't understan what you said.

I just want to see (i.e. attach them to a comment posted in this topic) your FSUIPC7.ini and FSUIPC7.JoyScan.csv files, both of which are located in your FSUIPC7 installation folder, in the same location as your FSUIPC7.log file.

If you cannot see these files, see the addendum Identifying Files in Windows Explorer on the last page of the Installing and Registering FSUIPC7 document/pdf.

And I would like to know what device you are using for the cut-off levers. You previously posted a link to Etsy, which is of no use. Please paste a link to the actual controller.

i am not good at the computer.

I am only asking you to show me some files on your system (which are easy to find...) and provide information on your controller. This is not difficult, regardless of your computer experience...
