shanmu Posted August 8, 2023 Report Posted August 8, 2023 (edited) *** Moved from FAQ sub-forum to main support forum *** im not quit sure if this a FSUIPC problem or p3d probem. everytime i start taxing in p3d with any aircraft and i use the toe brake, i am unable to restart the taxi unless i use full throttle, as many know this is quit hard and very unrealistic. ive seen other forum posts about this but im a yet to find a solution. ive seen multiple people say this is due to the ground friction dynamic, if this is the case, how do i change it? John Dowson Posted August 9, 2023 Report Posted August 9, 2023 First, you posted in the FAQ sub-forum where it explicitly states NOT for support requests. Please take care to post in the correct forum for support. I have moved your post for you. 13 hours ago, shanmu said: im not quit sure if this a FSUIPC problem or p3d probem It is not a problem caused by FSUIPC. 13 hours ago, shanmu said: if this is the case, how do i change it? Changes to ground friction tables was possible in FSUIPC4/FSX using a hack but this is not possible om FSUIPC5/6 with P3D4-6. See the following thread for further details: John
shanmu Posted August 9, 2023 Author Report Posted August 9, 2023 im not sure if this is just me being daft, but is there no way for me to change the ground friction? i read through said thread and couldnt find anything that would help me fix my game.

shanmu Posted August 9, 2023 Author Report Posted August 9, 2023 if its not FSUIPC would you have any clue of what could be the problem?
